RATES

FULL-DAY: 8 AM TO 10 PM

$1,200/day + $500 deposit + $80 cleaning fees

A 15% catering landmark fee is applied to all events at the Shaw House.

Please refer to our list of preferred caterers for Toronto Island on the front page of the website.

A booking is confirmed and a hold placed in the online calendar upon receipt of the security deposit and the signed contract. The rental fee is due four weeks in advance of the booking. The deposit is refunded in full within 30 days following the event should the premises and grounds be left in their original condition of cleanliness and repair as specified in the rules and regulations.

We accept cheques, direct deposit, cash and e-transfers.
